Co-Curricular After School Clubs and Care

Clubs List

Trinity Term Clubs 2022

Please find below the RGS Dodderhill Trinity term clubs. All our co-curricular and after school clubs will begin on Tuesday 26 April 2022 and with over 50 clubs on offer, there is something for everyone.

With our external clubs, each child has the first two weeks to decide if this is something they would like to do for the whole term and when they go to the third session, they are then committed to these for the rest of the term.

When selecting clubs with your child, please be aware that Year Three and Four have matches on Tuesday afternoons and Year Five and Six have matches on Wednesday afternoons. In many cases, there will still be time for your child to attend their club, but there may be occasions when matches are played away or run later. If you would prefer your child to attend their club rather than play in a match, please speak to a member of the sports team. Please note, club charges will always apply if the club is run, the only exception to this is if a child is away on a school residential trip.

Clubs are allocated as fairly, as possible. When completing the After School Club Form, we ask you to put your child’s first choice in the first-choice box, as we do try to give children this choice. Each child can select up to six choices.

Please only submit your responses once and note that on the booking form drop down boxes the clubs are in weekday order. You must select your choices in preference of which one they most want to do. If you need to make any changes please email Lisa Horton-Samuel on grangeasclubs@rgsw.org.uk

For e.g:

Choice 1: Thursday Year 5 Pottery (Childs preferred first choice)

Choice 2: Monday Hockey Skills

Choice 3: Thursday Year 3-6 Running Club

Choice 4: Tuesday Year 5 & 6 Senior Choir

By ticking the guardian/parental box you agree to pay the full charge due for any paying club, charges will be added to your termly account. Please note – full charges will apply should your child withdraw from any paying club after more than two sessions.
