Education & Business Development Team

The ARM group consists of staff working in the three areas of Admissions, Registrar and Marketing within the three RGS schools.  The three areas of work combine to comprise a recruitment team for pupils across all three schools.

The ARM Group reports back to the School’s Strategic Team, which consists of the four Heads, the Bursar and the Head of Marketing. It also acts upon specific tactics passed down from this strategic think-tank.

Cathy Bates – Registrar

The Registrar is the main point of contact for parents from initial enquiry until the child starts at RGS.  This relationship continues in the early days of School life, ensuring a smooth transition for all pupils.

We aim to make the admissions journey as smooth and straightforward as possible. Once pupils are registered, we offer taster days so that pupils may become more familiar with the School and if they have already accepted a place, they also have the opportunity to meet their new form teacher and classmates.
