Repairs & Insurance

If your child damages their iPad, with your permission we will take this to a local repair shop. They will provide a quotation for the repair which will then be agreed with yourselves before any work takes place. 

We hold a small number of loan devices so that we can lend a device to your child during the repair. 

If you have an insurance policy included with the iPad or if you wish to claim form your household policy, please contact your issuance company for details as they may wish to use their own repair companies.
