Induction Checklist

All new starters must watch the Health and Safety Induction video, complete the Health and Safety Induction Checklist and Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Workstation assessment. The Health & Safety Induction checklist is to assist line managers with ensuring new starters have been made aware of all important H&S items relating to the school and their specific role. If you have had a new recruit in your team, please can you go through this checklist with them and forward to healthandsafety@rgsw.org.uk  as soon as it is complete

The DSE Workstation assessment is to be completed by the new starter using the information below at their main workstation within the first 4 weeks of employment, this includes Academic staff. Please then forward this assessment to healthandsafety@rgsw.org.uk as soon as it is complete.
