Downtime

Downtime allows you to set a period of time when you can either block all apps or block specific apps that you choose. 

 Step 1:

Tap Settings – Screen Time – Downtime

Step 2:

Slide the button across to enable Downtime

Step 3:

Set the Start and End times that you require. Tap Start then find the time that you require, repeat this for the End time.

Step 4:

Tap Screen Time in the top left corner to complete this. View the Always Allowed guide for details on selecting which apps are blocked during this period.
